I Did It!!!

Yesterday I gave my job my two weeks notice! I'm so excited I can hardly stand it!! I wish I could say I was quitting to stay at home, but I'm not. A wonderful friend of mine helped me get a new job at Title West Title Company. I'm really excited to learn something new and I'm even more excited that I won't have to drive to Holladay anymore! Hooray!!!!!

Ikea

Sorry for the all the posts but I have to blog about this because I don't want to forget. Tonight we went to Ikea to buy a little tent for Mylie. We're going camping this weekend and we thought it would be fun to set up a mini tent just for her inside of our tent. That way she has her own little place to sleep but she's still save with us. Anyway, we were standing at the checkout line and Mylie spotted a little stuffed bunny sitting in a carrot car and really liked it. Mike and I told her no when she said "want it, please" and then we just kind of forgot about it. Well, after we were done checking out an older couple came up to us with the little bunny/carrot car in hand. They told us they wanted to buy it for Mylie because she was so cute and her pig-tails were just like the bunny's ears! I was blown away! What sweet and kind people!! We tried to tell them they didn't need to do that for her but the insisted so now Mylie has a bunny in a carrot race car and she loves it! It's good to know that there are people out there that are just genuinely nice people. It brightened our entire day!

Fun, Fun, Fun!!!

We've so much fun the past couple of weeks. We've been to parades, the rodeo (Lehi and Kamas), the swimming pool, and we've had a family reunion. Mylie got to ride a pony three times and has spent lots of time outside and playing with friends. I even got to go to girls camp with the RS presidency and have FHE with the girls! I love the women I serve with!! Even though so much has been going on, I haven't really been in the mood to blog so I'm not going to write about everything. I've created a couple of slide shows to kind of give you the run down...Enjoy!
