Valentine's Pictures

Here are some of the my favorites from the Valentine's pictures I had Jami shoot of my girls. It was a quick little photo shoot but it was so fun!

The past month...

We have been up to a lot of things lately and I haven't posted any of them. On New Year's Eve we took the girls bowling.
Mylie striking a pose. What a diva!

Addie had a lot of fun! She was just happy to be there, as usual.

Mylie loved the pink ball even though it was way too heavy for her!

We celebrated my birthday. Uhgg! I want to cry when I think about how old I am!

Addie wore piggies in her hair for the first time. So stinkin' cute!

She also learned how to roll over. This baby loves her back! Her head has a little flat spot in the back so I've been trying to give her more tummy time but she just won't stay on her tummy! Silly girl!

I had Jami take pictures of the girls again....just a quick Valentine's Day shoot. I'll post the pictures as soon as I get them. Mylie was being a stinker but we got some good ones of Addie this time.

P.S. Sorry about the text in this post being different colors. I don't know what's going on!

Chewy is Back...

My beloved mini van, Chewy, is back. I never blogged about the day we welcomed Chewy into our family. I'll admit that it might have been because I was a little embarrassed of her. I'm not anymore though. Chewy has been out of commission for over a month. While driving to work one day a semi in front of me hit a spare tire that had been left on the side of the road. That spare tire rolled in my direction and I had nowhere to go but over it. My airbag went off and I thought it was the end of Chewy. Turns out she's a fighter! She had a lot of work that needed to be done but she now seems to be in great shape. After driving a muscle car (thank you Enterprise) for a month I'm ready to spend some quality time with my mini van again.

I always said I would never in my life buy a mini van but when we decided to buy a new car we took Mylie car shopping with us and I discovered that even an SUV sucks for getting the car seats in and out. It was obvious the mini van was the way to go. As long as I have young kids I'll never go back. It's a little like wearing sweat pants every day of your life. It's not pretty, but it's so comfortable.

I love you Chewy. Welcome home!
